Cafés Roger is first of all a family story that began in 1956 in France. Indeed Roger Perrod founded Cafés Roger in Lons-le-Saunier, 2 generations later, Cyril Romand, the grandson of Mr. Perrod, took over the name and created the roasting in Switzerland in the canton of Vaud.
