Emi & Mathieu founded MAME in 2016 to promote specialty coffee and its wealth of flavours and terroirs. Emi Fukahori & Mathieu Theis met in 2013 at a specialty coffee tasting.
Since 2015, this amorous couple has been in constant competition for the podium and titles of National and World Barista Champion. Emi has won the Swiss Brewer Champion title many times, and even became World Champion in 2018. Mathieu is not to be outdone with several Swiss Barista titles of his own since 2016.
