Emi & Mathieu founded MAME in 2016 to promote specialty coffee and its richness of flavors and terroirs. Emi Fukahori & Mathieu Theis met in 2013 during a specialty coffee tasting. Since 2015, the two lovers have continued to dominate the podiums and the titles of national and world barista champion. Emi has won the title of Swiss Brewer champion many times and even became world champion in 2018. Mathieu is not far behind with several titles of Swiss Barista champion since 2016.
