Pouponne & Loulette

It was in a restaurant in Fribourg, Les Menteurs, that Pouponne et Loulette was born. The story begins when Camille decides to have a small roaster at home. She then gives up her job as a forensic scientist to devote herself to her new passion, which she learns with other roasters in Basel and Copenhagen. With experience, she carefully selects her coffee beans, adapting her roasting according to their origins and fermentation process.
