Pouponne & Loulette

It was in a restaurant in Fribourg, Les Menteurs, that Poupoune & Loulette was born. The story began when Camille decided to get a small coffee roaster for her home. She then gave up her job as a forensic scientist to devote herself to her new passion which she learned with other roasters in Basel and Copenhagen. Her experience continues to grow and she carefully selects her coffee beans, adapting her roasting process to their origins and fermentation process.
