After ten years of experience in the coffee industry, Lucie Adisson wants to return to an artisanal product, of uncompromising quality. This is why she created her TORPEDO Coffee Institute workshop in 2017. Lucie masters each phase of coffee processing, from the selection of the green bean to the extraction parameters of the machines. In 2013 Lucie won the title of Swiss Champion of Cuptasting, a coffee tasting competition.
