After ten years of experience in the coffee industry, Lucie Adisson wished to return to an artisanal product of uncompromising quality. This is why she created her TORPEDO Coffee Institute workshop in 2017. Lucie masters each phase of coffee processing, from the green bean selection to machine extraction parameters. In 2013 Lucie won the title of Swiss Cuptasting Champion, a coffee tasting competition.
